Hello, and welcome! My name is Italia and I am the owner, master lash and brow artist, and cosmetic tattooer here at ilash & ibrow bar. I decided to take a cosmetology course while in high school to develop a trade in something I have always been passionate about, beauty. I am a licensed cosmetologist since 2017 and licensed permanent cosmetic tattooer since 2022. I started out doing hair in a salon setting until I quickly realized I did not enjoy doing hair. Soon after, in my freshman year of college, I was offered an opportunity into the world of lash extensions. Luckily, I had a great mentor and started out with the #1 lash brand in the entire industry, NovaLash. I have been 3x certified by NovaLash in both classic and volume extensions. I fell in love with the product as well as the chance to help people enhance their natural beauty. Seeing the look on my clients faces as they left my studio feeling more confident gave me more joy than I imagined. I am a handmade artist, all lash fans and lash sets are handmade for each individual client during the application. I am the NovaLash trainer for the state of Virginia. I find so much joy in teaching as there is so much more than just technique to the lash and brow industry. I have extended my eyelash journey into lash lifting and tinting using the best brand there is, Elleebana. It is comforting to know I am using the safest brands that exist, on my clients eyes and take their medical history as well as the health of their natural eyelashes and brows into consideration at every single appointment. Most recently, I have decided to venture into permanent makeup and am now practicing. I have now been working in the industry for 6+ years and hope to continue making people feel their best.
