Terms & Conditions: $15 charge will automatically be withdrawn from your bank account every 30 days. Must come 30 days or less from previous wax appointment to stay an existing client even with subscription. 31+ days from previous appointment will result in brow wax being considered new client and result to $20 (member discount of $5). Remaining balance will be due at appointment. Subscription will automatically retry charge 3 times and if it fails 3 times, it will be canceled. Subscription can only be restored twice in one calendar year. Can be canceled anytime after 3 month commitment, if subscription is canceled before using the brow wax for that month, the brow wax will be forfeited. Absolutely no refunds for subscription or service. The members membership can not be transferred or gifted to anyone else.
